I assume that you have already seen that both the multipack and a combopack are now available. Priced almost identically, I assume that the items included are also identical (maybe someone has experience there?).

Availability: I am sceptical about that. I was faced with the same problem. Since I print almost only in black and white, I initially wanted to replace only the black ink (963XL BK); what I didn't know then was that even if you print only in black and white, the printer still "needs" some coloured ink (for whatever reason...). So you always have to have all 4 colours available for printing. That's why I bought the 963 Valuepack (item 11828274). Let's see how much colour ink I need for black and white printing and how long this combination (black = XL, rest = not XL) will last. Alternative: item 16105158 - currently for CHF 86.40, simply "without XL". I know, the XL multipack used to cost only a little more, but availability was/is extremely poor. Or the article is - where it is still available - several tens of francs more expensive (a few months ago also up to CHF 150.00)!
