For the PS4 pro you need a 720p, 1080p or 2160p compatible display. The 2160p would be the highest possible resolution but the AOC Agon only supports 1440 in height, so you can only select 1080p with this combination. Don't be confused by the specifications on the PS4 Pro. Certain games come with other resolutions in between. However, this does not mean that the monitor will display them. The PS4 upscales the pixels to the resolution you set (720p, 1080p or 2160p). In order to benefit from the PS4's 4k, you would have to buy a monitor with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.
