Question about Logitech G560

I bought the G560 new for the MAC - unfortunately the bass does not work or there is no equalizer in the G Hub software. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? @ Digitec: if there is no solution I will return the product.

It was the same for me after an update, but since the penultimate update with new software at the beginning of May, everything is back. But I have a PC.
