I bought the Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Dock here on 21.02.2023. Basically, it works well so far. However, it happens again and again that when my Mac (Ventura 13.2.1) goes into sleep mode, the connection to the USB ports disconnects. Connected hard drives are ejected, the mouse and other devices connected via USB are no longer recognised. I then have to disconnect the dock from the Macbook Pro and plug it in again. After waking up the Macbook, it only recognises the connection to the external monitor. Is there a sustainable solution to this?
