I bought the TV in January. Now I can't turn it on with the remote control. The front light is on. I have tried all the possible resets. Maybe the remote control is broken. Can I buy a replacement?

Hello, I also had this problem once, but I put in new batteries and it worked, even though the others were new. Buy a new F control or download the app for 4 chf.
