I bought this USB wifi adapter because my wifi from the old notebook no longer activ... Now with this USB Wifi adapter it works again.... Fine and good. BUT the little plastic on the stick is very hot within minutes and I have the feeling that I have more head pressure, can it be that this external wifi driver generates more radio..and one is more exposed than when the driver is in the notebook case ?

these sticks usually get relatively warm

the head pressure should actually be something else, light should be much more aggressive than a wifi signal...
