I bought this watch and I have a problem with it. As soon as I close the Mi Fitness application, when I reopen it, the watch and the application can't reconnect. I try everything but it's impossible, and each time I'm forced to completely reset the watch and reinstall it from the beginning. Has anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it? Thank you

This seems to be a hardware problem, I would recommend making a warranty claim.
