Question about Apple MacBook Pro 13 – Late 2020

I currently use a 15" Macbook Pro 2019 (6 Core i7, 16GB RAM, Radeon Pro 555X). At home, I mostly work on my desktop PC and really only use the Macbook at school. I read everywhere that the new M1 Macbook is faster etc than the Intel versions. Since the 15" is starting to be a bit too big for me when commuting, I'm thinking about getting the 13" M1 version. Does anyone have any experience of whether the M1 version can hold a candle to the 15" in areas such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4D or After Effects? Or does the 15" version with the dedicated graphics still have the edge?:)

Most programmes in the Adobe Creative Cloud are not yet optimised for the M1 chips. Adobe has promised to deliver this in the first half of 2021. The M1s run very well and reliably, but it's best to wait for the second generation (M2?) instead of experimenting as an early adopter with a working device.
