I got this one for my Galaxy note 9 phone. Spotify and Netflix work well with great sound. It does not work to call (reason I bought it) do you know why? I did not find a setting or help in online serch.

This is due to DRM and Protokolls - I own a Huawei P40 Pro and same happens to me sadly.. i like the sound and do prefer wired headphones as it makes no sense to me to consume energy to be "cool" for stuff working mostly as well wthout and yes... anc or headphones consume energy from device ... but thats something different (Toothbrush, Razer/ Bladeshaver etc....everything NOT needed to be energized :-) )
