Question about Bose S1 Pro+

I have a Bose S1 pro (the generation before) and with a colleague who has the same item we did the stereo test. It was with the application. And so I would like to buy a second Bose S1 pro to have this possibility. I find that with 1000 watts, two S1 pro sound the beginnings of something ok for a small rave let's say. However, with the release of the S1 pro+ I'm reconsidering the purchase of the second S1. Are the S1 and S1+ compatible and do they produce the stereo effect?

According to our research, it should indeed be possible to pair the S1 Pro and S1 Pro+ via the Bose Connect application (but apparently not with other speakers from the same brand).
