I have a gigabyte h110-D3A bitcoin edition motherboard that only has a pcie x16 slot therefore i am unable to move the graphics card down. is the space enough? (I have the be quiet! Pure rock)

Since you remove the case of the board when mounting the cooler, the whole thing is basically a zero-sum game. As long as you have one or two centimetres of space above the card, mounting should not be a problem.
