I have a new HDMI cable and have activated everything with HDR in Windows and still my game says that I can't activate HDR because my monitor doesn't support it ...? when I activate HDR in Windows everything also looks greyish, as if the brightness is turned up and the colours disappear ... is that "normal"?

When I switch on HDR in Windows, almost all settings on the screen are deactivated. Try activating HDR via the screen or the driver software and not via the Windows interface.

oh yes the picture does not change when I connect the display port cable.

I also have a question: I don't know anything about this, but isn't HDMi 2.0 "better" than Displayport 1.2 for gaming?
