Question about Canon Maxify GX6050

I have a new MAXIFY GX 6050 printer and I am disappointed. My printer cleans the nozzles after every single sheet, which takes about 40 seconds. During this time I cannot print. After the second sheet again and so on. I can't get anywhere. I also have streaks when printing photos. Does anyone have the same problems?

Helpful answer
Hoi Amku - I have the 7050 and assume it is pretty much the same except for the second tray and DuplexScan - so at least the same OS. I print several pages without any cleaning or delay in between. Even when the machine switches itself off and I switch it on again.
I marginally assume a "setting thing" - or then a defect "of some sorts":
- Have you already given the printer the latest firmware? My current firmware is 1.130
- Which InkDrying-Wait-Time do you have? Mine is set to 3
There is not much more to set...
Does the display show a message? You use original ink, right? Is it cold where you use the printer?
After a bit of searching on Canon and Google, I found a similar message, but without any solution or useful answer from Canon. So 2 possibilities a) Customer service Digitec (if bought here ;) ) or Canon Forum or customer service...
LG and good luck.

What does permanently leave on? The printer is always on. But when I don't need it, I switch the printer off. Or does the printer always have to be switched on?

No problems, but leave on permanently, do not switch off.
