I have a static white noise on the headset alone when the headset is only switched on (USB dongle is NOT plugged in). So it can't be an interference problem and rather a hardware problem of the headset itself. Does anyone else have this problem?

I also have the problem...apparently there is no solution to the problem, so the headset will be returned

Unfortunately, I have to agree. I received the product today and the static white noise cannot be overlooked.

What did you do Claude_eller - did it return?

I don't have that problem ... mine runs perfectly (thank God!)
