I have an Acer Predator Orion 7000, Intel Core i7 14Gen, 14700KF, 32 GB, 2000 GB, GeForce RTX 4080, from Digitec. I would like to upgrade the RAM to 64 GB. 2 x 16 GB are already installed. Is it better to add another 2x16GB or 1x32GB? Does the computer immediately recognise the new RAM or do I have to change something in the bios?

Your system will automatically recognise the RAM and, if XMP is activated in the BIOS, will also operate it at the optimum speed. If your mainboard has 4 slots, it would be ideal to buy two more of the modules already installed. Configurations such as 2 x 16 GB and 1 x 32 GB could work, but can lead to problems. As a rule, you want the same modules in pairs: 2 × 32 GB or 4 × 16 GB.
