I have an unprinted stripe on the black toner from top to bottom about 4cm to the left of the A4 sheet edge. I have replaced the toner and drum unit, but the problem still exists. Who can help me?

Hello Info
Sounds like a defect or contamination of the LED line (hanging down from the top cover). If the machine is still under warranty, you can send it to Brother for repair.
