Then they were connected to the mobile phone, but did not play the music (only on the mobile phone). Then the connection was cut off. Now I can't turn them on, even though the battery in the headphones is charged. Has anyone experienced this? Do you want to trade them in?
In my case, too, the fault was that the pairing mode could no longer be activated. The next day, a new pair was sent to the ZH branch via the hotline, where they replaced them without a murmur. I had a similar problem. I was able to connect the headphones to the phone once and it worked. Once the connection was interrupted, I could not re-establish it. The headphones could not be put back into pairing mode either. I had the device replaced under warranty. The replacement has been working perfectly ever since.
I am also very satisfied so far (for the price). So far, mine connect great and have never bucked so far - I would have them exchanged.
