Question about TVIP S-Box v.605 WiFi, Black

I have bought the TVIP S-Box 605 WIFI, and got delivered yesterday 8th Aug. and I bought it specially to make it work for the SmartIPTV card. I started following the instruction during installation on my Samsung TV, all was fine till I got to the page while typing the smartapp. got to next page it says (Please check your connection and Portal URL) further down two boxes to press (RELOAD PAGE) (RESTART PORTAL) when pressing either of them, the box gets stuck and nothing happened. I tried to disconnect the machine turn OFF the TV and machine, when I turn ON it goes to same page and struck again. How can I get out of this problem, and re-install it again? or how can I solve this problem?

Try my secret advice: use the buttons: sinfo, 4, 9, sinfo (4 buttons, press each button individally). This is the reset and you can start again

good afternoon if the portal url error, that means that portal is not right, try to enter the correct portal or go to the android menu and make factory settings and try to install everything again correctly
