I have exactly the same question and can't find any answers to it on the internet. It's driving me crazy. What is the difference between the business version and the "normal" version ?

much more important -> the "for Business" has an encrypted USB dongle for the wireless connection which is required in the business sector due to data protection... with non-encrypted ones it can happen that the neighbour uses the same keyboard and by chance the same code and you then write something on his PC (I have already experienced this myself).
