You will need these if you want to extend all of them, possibly Molex if that is not enough either.
2x Internal USB 2.0 BitFenix Internal USB Extension (30cm)
1x Internal 3.0 InLine USB 3.0 extension internal
1x Sata Delock SATA-3 extension cable (50cm)
