I have read that the headphones switch off after about 10 minutes if no music is played. Is it possible to deactivate this function? I often use the predecessor only to muffle the ambient noise without listening to music. With the XM3, the ANC remains active.

The smartphone app can be used to change "Switch off automatically" to "Do not switch off" - so it should be good for the same purpose. :)
