I have received the product new and have the following problem. Using the USB C channel with my lap top works great. However, when used with my Samsung S21 Ultra, I only get a loud noise when recording. I am using the required Usb C C16 cable. What is the reason for this?

I've never tested it with a smartphone. Did you download the application correctly?
