I have seen that 2 computers can be connected to this monitor at the same time and run in parallel, i.e. both with a 16:9 ratio. Is it also possible to do this with PC and Xbox/PS?

Yes, this works perfectly. At least with me. I quickly attached the MacBook Pro and the PS 4 at the same time for your question and tested it. With the monitor, you can simply select the two ports and display both devices at the same time.
