I haven't had a problem like this so far. Sometimes you have to unplug the usbStick and plug it in again to re-establish the connection.
Often it is also due to the headphone settings in Windows, especially if Windows has been updated. An update of the graphics card can also help, depending on what kind of graphics card you have.
And last but not least, it can also be due to the discord settings if there has been an update.
