I have the problem that the PC simply restarts after a certain time together with an error message and sometimes simply freezes and I have to restart it again. I have updated the drivers and Bios so far no change. The temperature is also always in the green range and I can usually play with the PC for a long time but after a random time it does some of the above things again. Could it be the RAM? Has anyone else had problems with it? I've been using the PC without a license until now, could it be that? I am at the end of my tether.
It's not the licence.
The restart only happens during gaming? Then it almost certainly has to do with the power supply.
Is there a blue screen or does it simply restart? The error message would also be interesting.
If the RAM is defective, it would rather just freeze without restarting.
Unfortunately there's no BIOS manual where I could look; but usually it has automatic AI overclocking functions. Not all CPUs are exactly the same, sometimes overclocking works better, sometimes worse. These AI functions don't do much, except that they can push the power supply to the limit.
I would load the default values in the BIOS and deactivate this automatic overclocking. It may be that you have to change several settings to achieve this.
At the moment, that's my best idea.
