Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Plus Gen 2

I installed 4 cameras via the "Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Plus Gen 2", 3 cameras were immediately recognised by the device when I started it up. A little later I wanted to connect another camera (the same as the previous ones), this camera was no longer recognised even when I connected it directly via the PoE switch, and also when I used the same cable as the camera that worked. The device no longer recognises new cameras. To test it, I tried the (Ubiquiti UniFi Video G3-Flex). Without success! I have already reset the recorder and also reset the camera several times.... I have downloaded the following apps on my Android device: "UniFi Network" (for installing the recorder) and the "UniFi Protect" (for installing the cameras). I have of course followed the instructions (up to the point where the cameras should simply be recognised themselves...). :-( Somehow I have no idea what to do now.... - Is the problem with the recorder (but 3 cameras are running there and were recognised)? - Is it the connection between my mobile phone and the recorder? - Is it the PoE switch (UniFi Switch 8 60W)? Maybe someone can help me...

Hi Normanb2 - I have 4 cameras and 3 access points running with the UniFi Cloud Key G2+ firmware v.1.1.13. So far I have had no problems with it. I also use "UniFi Protect" for the display but not for the installation. I always go directly to the device itself via the browser with the IP address of the could key. Have you tried this way?
