I just connected the Blu-Ray player to my Philips 4k TV, so this shouldn't be a problem, I used the Inakustik HDMI cable for the connection which I had used before for my normal Blu-Ray player. I can't say exactly what the HDMI cable is designed for, only that it is high quality and cost a lot at the time and worked perfectly on the old player. On the new one, I now have the problem that it works and displays the picture, but white dots are crackling. Now I don't know if the HDMI cable is too weak or if I have to change something in the TV settings. The Blu-Ray player briefly displayed a message telling me that I had to adjust something correctly. However, I can't remember what and where this is. Do you understand my problem? Could someone help me :)

This is 100% a cable problem. I recommend an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable, such points are caused by bad cables. This one should work:

Club 3D Ultra High Speed HDMI 8K 120Hz (2m, HDMI)
