I mainly need the band on the home trainer to monitor my heart rate. Here are my questions: - Is the pulse measured continuously and displayed permanently (at what interval), or does a pulse measurement have to be triggered by an action each time? - How large are the numbers on the pulse display? I wear glasses and I need to be able to read the pulse values during training without glasses.
