I need TWO separate screens to work, not one large one. Is there a setting in the software for this screen that allows me to simulate TWO screens (of any size) instead of one large screen? Windows should then show me screen 1 and screen 2. Thank you

Hello, I would also have liked to have this function and therefore tried everything. Your desired function does not exist, only what ro.mahler has already said. However, not all settings are available in this mode (Picture-by-Picture mode). Samsung even offers its own software for splitting the screen. Total rubbish! Just have a look on the Internet. The option of having two screens in Windows does not exist. LG

The monitor supports picture-by-picture mode, but the computer must be connected via two cables, either HDMI twice or HDMI and Displayport. In principle, the configuration is the same as with two monitors, just on a wide panel without a border in between. However, this also means that, depending on the notebook, a docking station is required, at least if only one HDMI output is available.

According to our information, this is possible via the Windows multi-monitor function.
