I read that the router has a built-in fan. Can you hear it or is it always totally quiet?

I have it in my office every day and I have never heard it make any noise.

You don't hear anything, never! And it never causes any problems. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. 5G is so stable that the whole family can stream at the same time.
