Question about Logitech G G733

I received the headset today, basically everything is fine. Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase or decrease the volume directly with the volume control on the headset. When I turn the wheel, a window simply appears on the PC that displays the volume menu. However, I don't want to adjust anything on the PC, but directly on the headset (as with any normal headset as a basic setting). What do I have to do? Logitech support is driving me crazy....

I checked all the settings directly via Logitec G HUB and tried to see if I could change anything manually. Finally, I spent 2 hours in a support chat yesterday. The solution to the problem was a reset of the pairing of stick and headset, after which it worked as it should. It was very tedious, but now it works :)

Hello Nghuru

Have you downloaded and installed the Logitech Gaming Software? Have you installed the latest driver or is there still a pseudo driver from Microsoft installed? I have the following driver version on it. 10.0.19041.789
The PC has only "one" audio output, have you also adjusted the correct output in the toolbar at the bottom right? (Click on the audio symbol > select playback device).
