I thought the c4 had 144 hearts. Here only 120 hearts is that right or wrong? Thanks for help

It is true that the native refresh rate is 120Hz and not 144Hz. 144Hz can only reach 144Hz via the software (Game Optimiser), which is not the same if you had a screen with a native 144Hz, for example.
