I unpacked it and wanted to start WhatsApp. Then an update is supposed to be done first. But I can only install the app via the GooglePlay page, and when I install it, I'm told that the app is on my device at some point. In other words, I can't start WhatsApp at all?

I expected a lot more from this device based on the description. I have been annoyed with this device for several months, it is very cumbersome, slow and the battery lasts 3 days at best. This device has long since ended up in the electronic waste bin.
