I wanted to use this headset for PC and PS5. Unfortunately, I realised that it doesn't work correctly with the PS5. Sure, it would need a dongle to connect to the controller. But when I connect the headset directly to the PS5, the volume control does not respond. I have researched online but found nothing. Has Digitec/Galaxus made a mistake here or is there a solution?
