If the screen content of a notebook is to be displayed via HDMI: Can the notebook then also be (remotely) controlled via multitouch, e.g. operate the web browser and make entries?

The touch output is supplied via USB and can thus be connected to the laptop. We have a small PC in the meeting room and need the Flip as its screen because the Samsung software is for nothing. It works great and browsing is no problem thanks to the touch keyboard in win 10. Very happy with the setup Mini-PC + Flip (+ HDMI 4:2 switch + beamer. So one screen of the PC can be on the beamer and the other with touch on the Flip or the Apple TV on the Flip or an external laptop on the beamer and the PC on the Flip or, or, or.... ).
