i'm planning to buy a 14600kf (i5) and i'm looking for a motherboard. i read above that it doesn't work with an i7 14th gen because of the bios. do i need an "old" cpu with this MB to install a new bios system? (the thirteenth generation is not that old yet)

No, this should work without CPU thanks to the flash button.
You just need a memory stick with the new bios and insert it into the right hole
