I'm really enjoying my new printer. Aaaaabut: such completely normal PDFs, which were always printed in full on the old printer, now come out with the header cut off. Can anyone tell a user who is really not very interested in technical matters - or even a female user - what could help? Please include instructions for the Martian category. Thank you.
