I'm really used to the US layout but no keyboards can be found like that here. Is there any possibility of getting this keyboard with us layout?

I think if you order it from the US Logitech site you can get it with the US layout

To be honest, if you are familiar with the US layout and know it by heart, then it doesn't matter if it has a Swiss layout as you will type without looking at the keyboard.
