Question about Lenovo Legion Go

I'm sorry, but the batch that Digitec received from Lenovo Go is just bad. I ordered my device back in 2024. At first everything went well, but at some point the fan suddenly failed. Then began a story that is unrivalled. After 1 ½ weeks of repairs, I received a replacement device. However, this turned out to be a Polish version. After an hour of trying to install the Polish translation and Windows, I could only change the language to English. After a reset, however, the device switched back to Polish. After a complaint, I was again sent a replacement device, which supposedly came from a new delivery from the supplier. But as soon as I opened the second replacement device, I saw the flyer in Polish. I suspected the worst, and when I switched it on, my fears were confirmed: Polish again. When I returned the device, I had the feeling that Digitec wasn't particularly happy about it. But let's be honest: would you keep a device that only works in Polish or English? Saying "People speak English these days" doesn't help me either. And what if you want to sell the device in the future - in Poland? I have to say that I am really disappointed this time, even though the transaction was ultimately in my favour. In the end, however, I had the feeling that I was held responsible for this odyssey. What a pity.
