As I understand it, Apple is currently (once again) having delivery problems. The iPad Pro 2020 models available at digitec/Galaxus are also the latest, which can be recognised by the new camera module with Lidar scanner and the new processor (A12Z), among other things. 
The current iPad Pro models have actually been on sale since March 2020.
