In the meantime, Libratone has filed for insolvency. Is it still worth buying? If I buy them, do I still have a warranty, which is regulated by law? Thank you in advance for your answers. MFG

I had a warranty case after filing for bankruptcy. I sent the product in and two weeks later new headphones arrived.
