A projection distance of approx. 3.5 metres is generally possible for this projector, but is at the lower end of the recommended range. At a distance of 3 metres, the image width is around 1.8 metres, at 3.75 to 4.15 metres a 2.5 metre wide screen can be fully illuminated. The projection ratio is between 1.5 and 1.66, which means that more distance is required for larger image widths. 3.5 metres is therefore sufficient for an image slightly smaller than 2.5 metres wide, but for maximum image size the distance should be slightly greater.
