Works flawlessly with any 3.5 audio source, but microphone is not supported

Works when plugged into the PS5 controller.

It will work for audio no problem, but for the microphone not sure. Normally it should because the headset allows it and the cable also expires but several Reddit posts mention that it's just Sony who are co**** and who voluntarily restrict the use with several casques🤷🏼‍♀️ so yes it works With the audio but with the microphone not sure.
