There is no compatibility list (as far as I know) for such chargers but I can confirm that this charger delivers exactly 5V when charging my smartphones. The amperage varies depending on the phone / setting. Quick Charge only works if the phone has a Snapdragon chip (orange USB).
So far, no device has ever broken because of the charger (phones, Surface, Fitbit, headset, Logi Mouse, camera, etc.).
