Is it possible to change languages in all versions or are there versions where only one language is available?

Ordered in German, game played directly in French on my ps5.
The packaging is in German.
You can switch. It normally takes the language of your PS5
Yes you can. Only the packing is written in one language. At the beginning of the game you can choose the language you want.
