Is it possible to configure the phone so that the number is displayed directly instead of the name? I now have a phone that always displays the name directly with Swisscom (not stored in the phone) but I would like the number to be displayed, is that possible here?

The name display appears when VoLTE and/or WIFI call is activated.
If you switch off both, only the number is displayed, because most of the calls are then made via GSM (even if 4G is displayed). In addition, the voice quality is worse (GSM telephony).

But at the end of the year (2020), GSM will be switched off at Swisscom, and the name display will then be unavoidable. I recommend calling Swisscom support on 0800 800 800. Maybe they can switch off the service.
