Is it possible to connect an ultrawide monitor and a normal monitor to this laptop without putting too much strain on the performance so that I can still play games and stream on it at the same time?

I cannot answer this question with certainty.
Connections for monitor extensions are there. Whether the same performance is available when you run the laptop and 2 other monitors, I can't tell you for sure either. The performance will certainly be somewhat limited or distributed to the respective monitors, as the computer has more to work with than just on its main screen.

I'm not a specialist, and so far I've only used the laptop on the main monitor and connected it to a 65" TV. Everything runs perfectly, even when I play the latest games with ultra high realistc graphics - nothing stutters and runs smoothly with razor-sharp graphics.

So I'm very happy with the performance - for a "laptop/gaming notebook" it's really impressive for the price/performance ratio.
