Is it possible to do screen mirroring with the Chromecast? I would like to transfer the running full screen of my notebook Win 10 to my TV, is this possible?

Yes, with Chrome you can display your desktop on the TV "out of the box".
However, I have not tested it myself and cannot tell you how reliable and smooth the transmission is.
