Is it possible to film continuously with this camera, and to review what has been filmed previously? PS: if yes, can we do it on a cloud, Swisscom network or other?

No, this is not possible on the Logitech unless you have a Logitech cloud subscription. The Netatmo Presence camera does it very well, free of charge and you can store the videos on Dropbox in addition to the integrated sim card.
