Yes, you can set a heart rate alarm on this watch. You can define an upper or lower heart rate alarm that notifies you if your heart rate exceeds or falls below a certain threshold value after at least ten minutes of inactivity. As soon as the value is exceeded, the watch displays a message and vibrates.

The warning does not occur immediately when the value is exceeded, but only after a phase of around ten minutes of inactivity in which the heart rate exceeds the set value. A heart rate alarm at a value of 90 beats per minute will therefore only warn you if your heart rate rises above 90 after at least ten minutes of rest.
